TOPONAUTO |Guarantee : We provide 2 year guarantee based on our ship date. means any merchandise proven defective under normal usage with 2 years((non-human damage), we will  according to the actual situation of the products to repair or replace parts by free of charge. to ensure that the buyers can be normal use of the product , or to the buyer must compensate the quality assurance fund additional services. The cost of supplier and buyer will according to the actual situation to negotiate the agreement.

 

 We are confident that our products are passed strictly quality inspection when shipped to our customers. Goods damaged in transit: If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please notify us within a reasonable time period. Our couriers allow us up to 48 hours from the time of delivery to report transit damage. If goods have been damaged in transit we will make arrangements to replace the goods once the courier has acknowledged the claim for transit damage. We also request that you keep the goods and any packaging in case the courier needs to inspect the delivery as part of the transit insurance claim.
